According to the State Administration of Taxation Zhejiang Provincial Taxation Bureau, Zhejiang Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, Zhejiang Provincial Medical Security BureauUnified deployment arrangements, in order to further optimize the functions of the social insurance premium collection and management system for urban and rural residents and facilitate urban and rural resident payers to handle social insurance premium payment business, the social insurance premium collection and management system of the Zhejiang Provincial Taxation Bureau will be shut down and upgraded. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Timetable for suspending the social insurance premium business

(1) August 26, 2022 18As of 24:00 on August 31, 2022, the tax department has suspended all online and offline social insurance premium declaration, payment, agreement signing and other businesses.

(2) During the shutdown and upgrade period, taxation, human resources and social security, and medical insurance departments at all levels will strengthen coordination and linkage to jointly complete various social insurance participation, changes, payment and other business connection work to effectively protect the treatment of insured persons.

Second, the timetable for resuming the social insurance premium business

The social insurance premium business will be resumed from 0:00 on September 1, 2022. The original business processing channels remain unchanged, and payers can handle all business such as social insurance premium declaration, payment, and agreement signing online and offline.

Three, related matters after the system upgrade

(1) Urban and rural residents for the first timeThose who participate in insurance should register with the human resources and social security and medical insurance departments and select the payment level. If subsequent insurance information changes, they should handle it with the human resources and social security and medical insurance departments.

(2) If urban and rural residents change the payment level, they should go to the tax department. Urban and rural residents can change the payment level and other services through Zhejiang Office, Alipay, WeChat, relevant banks, tax service halls and other channels.

(3) The original payment methods and business processing channels for urban and rural residents remain unchanged.

IV. Notes

(1) Payers are requested to reasonably arrange time to handle social insurance premium-related business according to the above-mentioned shutdown and upgrade time.

(2) During the system shutdown and upgrade, payers are requested to pay timely attention to the Zhejiang Provincial Taxation Bureau portal of the State Administration of Taxation and WeChat publicNo. and information released through local tax service department announcements and other channels.
