国家税务总局江西省各市、县(区)税务局，局内各单位：
为贯彻落实《中华人民共和国印花税法》(以下简称《印花税法》)，国家税务总局江西省税务局组织开展了印花税文件清理工作，对不符合《印花税法》要求的文件进行了清理，现将全文失效废止的文件目录予以下发，请遵照执行。
