根据《中华人民共和国社会保险法》《社会保险费征缴暂行条例》等相关法律法规，自2022年3月1日起，我市社会保险费各险种（不含城乡居民基本养老保险和城乡居民基本医疗保险）的缴费期限由“次月7日”统一调整为“当月最后一天”。用人单位要在规定的期限内申报缴纳社会保险费，未按时足额缴纳社会保险费的，自欠缴之日起按日加收万分之五的滞纳金。各用人单位须合理安排缴费时间，避免逾期缴费产生滞纳金或影响社会保险相关待遇。
