Dear taxpayers:

In order to create a fair and just tax and legal environment and promote the stable and healthy development of our city’s real estate market, according to the notice of the State Administration of Taxation on further strengthening the tax collection and administration of existing housing transactions>(Shui Zong Fa [2013] No. 129) requires the Zhuhai Municipal Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation to entrust a professional evaluation agency to evaluate the transaction prices of existing housing (including residential and non-residential) in Zhuhai City. Based on the evaluation results, the transaction price of existing housing in Zhuhai is evaluated.The appraisal system will update the data, and the new appraisal price standard will be implemented from February 26, 2022.
