尊敬的纳税人：
为了营造公平、公正的税收法治环境，促进我市房地产市场平稳健康发展，根据《国家税务总局关于进一步加强存量房交易税收征管工作的通知》(税总发〔2013〕129号)要求，国家税务总局珠海市税务局委托专业评估机构对珠海市全市范围内存量房(包括住宅和非住宅)交易价格进行评估，现根据评估结果对珠海市存量房交易价格评估系统进行数据更新，新评估价格标准自2022年2月26日起执行。
特此通告。
