After so many years, I feel like this year I'm finally a real boss. I don't know how I managed before. The teachers' role is really significant, especially Teacher Ouyang. Next year we can do even better and strive to complete 500 million.

The Lexun Tax and Finance Consulting Team is led by Teacher Ouyang. Throughout the year of consulting, the biggest gain was going from financial work without priorities at the beginning to being able to better identify service priorities with the teachers' support, initially building a financial framework and workflow, and having a clear plan for future work. Regarding business analysis, although we introduced this module, we ultimately didn't formally hold operational meetings. The consulting team's communication methods inspired me to find methods for operational analysis, which are currently being tested with good operational feedback.

Meeting Lexun was really fortunate. The cooperation with local financial companies and financial issues have been like a bone in the throat these years. The communication with the teachers was truly refreshing - they understood both what I expressed and what I didn't. Teacher Wang gave us the power of example and also provided us with information. The upcoming tasks may be numerous and busy, but after knowing the direction and methods, we are all very much looking forward to the days ahead. We will work hard not to disappoint this encounter and believe that both Lexun and we will get better and better!
