Financial control consulting

After so many years in business, I feel like this year I finally became a real boss. I don't even know how I got by before. Teacher Na has played a big role, and so has Teacher Ouyang. Next year we can do even better and strive to reach 500 million.

The Lexun financial and tax consulting team, led by Teacher Ouyang, provided services for us. Over the year of consulting, the greatest gain was that, from the beginning when financial work lacked priorities, we were later able, with the teachers' support, to better identify the focus of our service work. We initially built the financial framework and workflows and now have a clear plan for the work ahead. Regarding business analysis, although we introduced this module, we ultimately did not manage to hold formal operations meetings. The consulting team's publication approach inspired me and helped me find a method for operations analysis. We are currently testing it, and the operational feedback has been quite good.

We feel truly fortunate to have met Lexun. Cooperation with local accounting firms and dealing with financial issues had been a long-standing pain for years. Communication with the teachers has been smooth and candid; they can understand both what I express and what I don’t. Teacher Wang set an example for us and provided valuable insights. There may be many tasks to push forward and it might get busy, but after understanding the direction and methods, we are very much looking forward to the days ahead. We will work hard to live up to this encounter and believe that both Lexun and we will keep getting better and better.
